How much time does manufacturing take?

We have two types of product categories: ‘In stock’ and ‘Made on order’. While we require 4-5 business days to ready and dispatch ‘In Stock’ products, we require 4-5 weeks to manufacture and dispatch ‘Made on order’ products. We try our absolute best to expedite our production process, and deliver all orders before the aforementioned timelines.

How long does delivery take? 

On an average, our post-dispatch delivery timelines range from 4-12 days, depending on the delivery location in India. We are an online only brand, and don’t have a store at the moment.

Do you deliver pan India?

We work with reliable shipping partners who can deliver furniture across all Indian states. If you have a query about delivery to your pin code, we request you to get in touch with us at hello@atelierflashback.com . If an order has been placed, and the pin code is unserviceable, we will inform you via email and process a refund. You can check our shipping and delivery page for more info.

How do I track my order?

Once an order has been dispatched, we will send you a notification via email, along with the consignment details and a tracking link. The shipping team will contact you when they are planning to deliver the product. For any other queries, you can reach out to us at hello@atelierflashback.com.

Do you customise?

We mostly customize our products in terms of their dimensions and finish. However, please feel free to write in to us if you require any other customizations. We share a form for you to fill out, with options for reference images. Wherever possible, we would be happy to make the changes for you.

Is there an additional charge for customization?

The price for a customized product is usually a bit higher than that of a standard one, even in case the product size is being reduced, since the alteration increases our cost of production significantly.

Is there an additional charge for a change in the colour finish of a product?

Except in the case of a distressed finish, we do not charge an additional amount for a change in the colour of a product. 

Do you unpack and assemble or install the goods on site?

Our shipping team delivers goods till the customer’s house. However, our shipping vendor does not unpack and assemble the products. We request the customer to kindly arrange their own help/local carpenter to unpack the goods, assemble and install them. Please read our Shipping Policy for further details on this.

How are our products sustainable?

All our Furniture is made of either recycled or reclaimed wood, which makes our process zero-waste. Textured and upholstery pieces are made by recycled yarn and threads. All our products are handcrafted and handmade, and thus have a unique personal touch. This helps us provide livelihood to our family of artisans and craftsmen and women.

Why my wood is distressed or looks different?

No two pieces of wood are ever the same. Products that have a distressed finish naturally age with time. We call the minor Knicks-knacks in the wood grain, beauty spots. These pieces of furniture are completely handmade, hand- painted and hand -finished. Minor differences in size, color, as well as small cracks and spots in the finish may occur.
