At Flashback, we strive to produce high quality furniture that is durable and can last you a long time. We conduct thorough quality checks at our end before dispatching any goods for delivery and give you a product that exceeds your expectations.

However, in an unlikely event that a product turns out to be defective, damaged  upon receipt, we encourage you to contact us immediately at atelierflashbackofficial@gm
Only videographic evidence is considered primal in such a case. We do not accept refund/replacement claims if it has been more than 48 hours since you received the product. Therefore, please open and check the goods when you receive them. 

Once you inform us about any issues, our quality control team will evaluate the validity of the issue, and if found to be valid, then initiate either repair of, or a replacement on the same. We will replace the older product with a new one. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or replaced.

For Throws, Cushions and table linen:  You may request a return for cushions and throws within 24 hours of delivery in case of any concerns. Please note that a reverse shipping fee will be applicable. In case of a return, we will only issue store credit. Products must be returned within 1 week of delivery.

For any other Returns, we will deduct a return shipping cost of 10% of the product cost and provide store credit for the balance. 

Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it. Items Marked As ‘Final Sale’ Or 'Non-Returnable' Cannot Be Returned. 

Transaction fee charges of 5% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/cancellation or any other reasons.

In case the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, fee charges of 20% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances.

Cancellation : 
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Custom made/Made to order/Commissioned items cannot be returned or cancelled.

Returning a gift : 

We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. You cannot obtain Store Credit for a returned gift item; However, We can definitely process a Gift exchange for you for another Item.
